===== What can I do when I can't purchase a system? =====
When you purchase a system the following is supposed to happen:
  - Sewers connects to BJSoftware.com.
  - An invoice is prepared for PayPal.
  - You are relayed to PayPal.
  - You make your payment at PayPal.
  - PayPal sends a message to BJSoftware.com to confirm payment.
  - The payments database is updated at BJSoftware.com.
  - BJSoftware.com returns a message to your copy of Sewers that payment has been made.
  - Sewers unlocks the system so that you can print it.

So, as you can see there are a lot of communications back and forth that can fail.

To try to fix a problem on your end:
  * Check your internet connection
  * See if you can contact BJSoftware.com through a browser

To see if our servers and databases are up and running:
  * Test them: [[http://www.bjsoftware.com/license-server-test]]

If you can't figure out what the problem is, or you are pressed for time:
  * Try to pay again. The software will try to see if a payment has already paid. If the system does not think the design has been purchased, pay again. Let us know what happened and we will promptly refund any over payments you have made.
  * Contact us for a key code to unlock the system and we will invoice you for it

If you often have problems, consider prepaying for systems: You send us payment in advance and we will add it to your account. When you have money on account it cuts PayPal out of the loop.
