What can I do when I can't purchase a system?

When you purchase a system the following is supposed to happen:

  1. Sewers connects to BJSoftware.com.
  2. An invoice is prepared for PayPal.
  3. You are relayed to PayPal.
  4. You make your payment at PayPal.
  5. PayPal sends a message to BJSoftware.com to confirm payment.
  6. The payments database is updated at BJSoftware.com.
  7. BJSoftware.com returns a message to your copy of Sewers that payment has been made.
  8. Sewers unlocks the system so that you can print it.

So, as you can see there are a lot of communications back and forth that can fail.
