====== Overview ======
The plot plan editor is a simple two-dimensional CAD system with specific adaptations for drawing plot plans.  In the interest of simplicity several features available on commercial CAD packages have been left out or limited.

The plot plan prints as a single 8 1/2 x 11 sheet with a north arrow and a client information header at the top.  The client information is taken directly from the system design data and is not editable through the Plot Plan Editor.

The scale of the drawing is selectable from 1" = 25' to 1" = 400'.  When changing scale on the plot plan any existing text will also be stretched or shrunk to the new scale.

====== Modes ======
The editor has four modes:
  * settings - saving, downloading, setting the drawing scale, and setting the north arrow
  * zoom / pan - moving the viewport window and zoom in and out
  * edit - modifying existing feature on the drawing
  * create - adding new features to the drawing

====== Toolbar ======
close - closes the plotplan editor and returns you to the main screen

edit - existing features on the drawing can be selected and manipulated
create - existing features on the drawing are locked in place to facilitate adding new features

feature creation

undo - undoes the previous drawing action
redo - redoes the last undone drawing action

cut - copies then removes the currently selected drawing feature(s)
copy - copies the currently selected drawing feature(s)
paste - makes new copies of whatever drawing features were last copied and places them on the drawing
delete - removes the currently selected drawing feature(s)

group - puts all the selected features into a "group" which functions as a single object for manipulation
ungroup - makes all the features in a previously set group independent and able to be manipulated on their own. Ungrouping can also be applied to break apart created features such as "septic tank" into its constituent parts (in the case of "septic tank": a rectangle and a block of text.

[control] Y Z X C V - usual editing functions
[enter] - completes an open-ended drawing option (i.e. polyline & polygon)
[arrow] - nudges selected object(s) 10 pixels at a time
[shift][arrow] - micro nudges selected object(s) one pixel at a time
