Your user ID was assigned to you when you first registered. Since early in the history of Sewers the user ID assigned was assigned from the email address you signed up with. Because your user ID is used as a key in the database, it is not a simple task to change it and you cannot change your user ID on your own. We can change it at BJSoftware with some effort if you really need it to be changed.

To change your password enter the new password once in each edit box. Your password must be at least 8 characters long.

This information is used to identify you at PayPal and enables us to contact you. It is also used to auto fill the contact info in the web-based persona editor.

When toggled on web sync keeps your Sewers data synchronized across all machines you use it on and keeps a secure master copy on our web site.

Once toggled on, web syncing will start the next time you launch the desktop version of Sewers and it will then enable you to use web features as they are rolled out.

Generally you pay Sewers license fees once you complete a design and wish to print it by going to PayPal and paying there. However, you can also prepay by sending us funds (via check or PayPal) to put on your account. These funds are used first, instead of PayPal until the funds are insufficient to pay the license fee.

At the moment it is a manual process to update your account with the prepaid license fees, so there is some time lag between you sending the funds and the funds being credited to your account. But it is usually fairly quick.
