Sewers Help System

Sewers Online is up and running and available to all Sewers users. It is where all future development will be made and it will eventually replace the desktop app. For now, both the online app and the desktop app share the same data: it syncs between the two whenever you run the desktop app.

To use the online app: either go directly to sewers.bjsoftware.com/app/ and log in using the same crendentials as the desktop app or click the link in the latest desktop version (2026.07.02 or later) and the online version should log you in automatically.

• Select “Contextual” from the Help menu to have the help system follow you - as you navigate through the software the help system will follow along changing help pages as you move from one screen to the next.
